Who we are

Snuglet is a baby tracking app published by Ramarya Consultancy ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what control you have over it. Questions are welcome at [email protected].

What we collect

Your account. Your name and email address. If you sign up with a password we store only a cryptographic hash of it, never the password itself. If you sign in with Apple or Google we receive your name and email address from them and store those.

Your children's details. The name, date of birth, and optionally the gender, photo and colour you choose for each child.

What you record. The entries you create — feeds, sleep, diapers, pumping, medical notes such as weight or medicine, activities, milestones, diary entries, messages and any photos you attach.

Your family. Which people you have invited to your family and whether you approved them.

Device token for notifications. If you enable reminders, a push notification token for your device.

We do not collect location data, contacts, advertising identifiers, or browsing activity. Snuglet contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking software.

Why we collect it

To provide the app: to store the entries you create, show them to you and to the family members you have approved, produce your summaries and charts, and send the reminders you ask for.

To keep your account secure and to answer your support requests.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build profiles for marketing.

Who can see your information

Only people you invite to your family and then approve can see your children and the entries recorded for them. A person who enters your invite code cannot see anything until you approve their request, and you can remove a member at any time.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Limited service providers process data on our behalf: our own servers, hosted in Europe, store your account and entries; Expo's push service delivers notifications to your device; and Apple or Google verify your identity if you choose to sign in with them. These providers act on our instructions and only for these purposes.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of a person.

Where it is stored, and for how long

Your data is stored on servers we control, located in Europe, and is transmitted over encrypted connections. Photos you upload can only be retrieved by signed-in members of your family.

We keep your information for as long as your account exists. Delete a child in the app and that child's entries are removed. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your account and associated data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep records.

Your choices

See and correct. Every entry can be edited or deleted in the app's Timeline.

Delete a child. Settings lets you remove a child and all of their entries.

Delete your account. Email [email protected] from your account's email address, or use the account deletion form, and we will delete your account and data within 30 days.

Notifications. Reminders can be switched off inside Snuglet, or in your device's system settings.

Export. Ask us and we will send you a copy of your data.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, export or object to our processing of your information. Write to us and we will help.

Children's information

Snuglet is designed for parents and caregivers, not for children. Accounts may only be created by adults, and everything recorded about a child is entered by the adults in that family. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts, and we do not use any information about a child for advertising or profiling.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date below and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
